Unfriendly, once again forgotten a mc chicken, the food was cold and inedible, in a word really bad Never with you again!

My BigMac was very old. The only thing I tasted were the cucumbers. So next time I prefer to go a little further to Burger King.

Bad service! Under all SAU !!! BigMäc orders without cucumber without onions and gets a burger without a salad with extra onions ..! You should also employ people in the kitchen who can read and understand the German language! And to top it all off, the food was cold!

I orderd big tasty menu , and they give me big tasty bacon, burger was old and heated, fries also, and coke was also without bubbels. Probably they gave me order from someone else.

Eat great, pay flop! Contactless was not possible.

After the saleswoman was not able to arrange a simple payment with the card, the other employees were also unable to put the order together correctly. But it can also happen that you forget a whole burger when you order two menus. Never again.

Restaurant unfortunately dingy. Employees slow, uncoordinated and apparently not properly trained or listless. In the end, the food wasn't really warm anymore. One employee wore his mask on his chin. Unfortunately, it helps very little.

Unfortunately a disaster that day. No online order possible. Waiting time at the drive in underground. Unfortunately no recommendation from me. I think that was an exception. At least I help.

Small, no ordering ahead possible, if it wasn't for the proximity to IKEA and other furniture shops I'd probably never stop here or rather just use the drive-through.

They keep forgetting the mayo for some reason, otherwise, our regular haunt.

No ordering terminals, no ordering via app possible. Cleanliness often leaves a lot to be desired. Staff can often not fulfill special requests, the answer is that you are not allowed to order it that way, but you can go anywhere else. In short: a franchisee who is behind its time. Progress is written very small here.

Cleanliness is very important here. The floor sticks all over as if it was washed with soda. The seats are covered with crumbs everywhere ... and that already at 10 o'clock in the morning ... How then is the cleanliness in the kitchen maintained?

Worst McDonald’s I've ever been to! Toilets are totally filthy and the staff is super unfriendly. But what I've never seen in a McDonald’s branch is: there are no straws and no closure for the drinks ?! The employee also said that you can't book anything with the burgers (e.g. with double sauce or something). Also very unusual. It is also not nice to see that the employees are arguing with each other and the more smartly dressed employee yells at the others.

I'm honest it tastes good, but you won't really get full or, better still, it doesn't last long. Also only go if there are vouchers because otherwise it is way too expensive for me. Unfortunately, every time my colleagues and I order something in the drive in, and that is really annoying, I don't want to check every time whether the employees are doing their job properly.

It's a McDonald! "Dripping fat and sugar." - At the moment only limited operation due to the COVID restrictions. Default. Well located. A place like this is always good for spontaneous coffee and a toilet. Otherwise I'm not really a fan of and don't understand why Google is offering you to rate a McDonald. - The stalls are all the same.

Great McDonald's with gentle and competent personnel.

French fries were hot and crispy. The Chilicheesburger nice and pleasantly hot. And immediately found a place outside in the garden ..

Toilets are in a terrible condition! Obviously not cleaned properly for weeks! Partly not lockable. If it looks like that in the kitchen, then good night! Two stars for the courtesy of the staff.

The person who served us dirty gloves. I actually wanted to throw away the meal. Next time I won't take a chance to go there.

McDonalds as usual with McCafe. So far no digital ordering possible due to lack of order panels. Therefore long cueing at the registers and no delivery to the table. Please update!!!

Once in a life time experience. I have never seen a REALLY bad McDonald until I came here. Staff was nether friendly nor skilled, McFlurry was not mixed, coffee was without any taste. Truly impressive example or terrible customer experience.

Service is not the fastest and sometimes you are getting the wrong things.

Monday 8:00 p.m. is busy here. 1-2 employees at peak times would do well. Despite the stress, everyone is friendly and the shop is clean. The cake counter was quite clear.

Worse mcdo in the area. if you don’t check your order at the drive you won’t get the right burger. The staff barely speaks English nor German. If you’re really hungry I rather recommend the Burger King 100m further.

Usually full with long lines waiting to order. Staff rarely speak English or German, hence utter confusion. Food is good - if they get your order right.
